WHY VR FOR MINDFULNESS
Virtual reality removes the usual distractions of a phone screen. Being surrounded by an environment, rather than just looking at one, makes it easier to stay present — which is why VR meditation is used more and more as a tool for stress relief and relaxation.

VR Relax Environments is compatible with Google Cardboard. All you need is a smartphone and a Cardboard viewer to begin.

You can use this app without an additional controller.

((( REQUIREMENTS )))
The application requires a phone with a gyroscope for proper operation of VR mode. The application offers three modes of control:

Movement using a joystick connected to the phone (e.g. via Bluetooth)
Movement by looking at the movement icon
Automatic movement in the direction of view

All options are enabled in the settings before launching each virtual world.
